2. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
Our physical products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party print partners, including Printify and Printful. This means:
- Your item is produced only after you place your order.
- Your order may be produced and shipped from a facility in a different country than yours.
- Items from the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates.
- We share the necessary order and shipping details with our partners to fulfill your order (see our Privacy Policy).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
4. Products and Colors
We try to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to your screen settings, lighting, and the printing process. Small differences in print placement, size, and color are normal for print-on-demand items and are not considered defects.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
- Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order because of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability, in which case you will receive a full refund.
- Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or import duties unless stated.
6. Order Processing and Cancellations
Because items are made to order, production usually starts soon after purchase. You may request a cancellation or change within [12/24] hours of placing your order by emailing us . Once production has started, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to carriers, customs, holidays, or other events outside our control.
- We ship worldwide. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect addresses, and re-shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
- Customs, import duties, and taxes: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
- Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier has the package. If your tracking shows no movement for an unusual length of time, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because every item is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color preferences.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order:
- arrives damaged or defective,
- has a significant printing error, or
- is the wrong item.
To make a claim, email us within [30] days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take [5–10] business days to appear.
If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resend or refund your order.
9. Digital Products
If we sell digital downloads (such as printable wall art):
- You will receive access to the files after payment, by download link or email.
- All digital sales are final, and no refunds are given once the files have been delivered, because they cannot be returned. If you have trouble accessing or opening a file, contact us and we will help.
- Digital files are for personal use only. You may print them for your own home. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or use them commercially, nor claim them as your own.
- Colors on printed digital files depend on your printer and paper and may differ from the screen.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is owned by Narielle & Co or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without our written permission, except as described in Section 9.
11. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose,
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems,
- introduce viruses or harmful code,
- use bots or scrapers to extract data from the Site, or
- submit false or misleading information.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narielle & Co and its owners, partners, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

The Site may use or link to third-party services (payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners such as Printify and Printful). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Algeria, Annaba, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence say otherwise.
